Dr. Daniel Beim, F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Daniel Beim received his medical degree from Rutgers Medical School. He completed his Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1985 at Saint Peter’s University Hospital and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Beim has practiced General Obstetrics and Gynecology in private medical practice for thirty-three years. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Dr. Maureen Cernadas, F.A.C.O.G.
Bilingual Physician – Spanish & Portuguese
Dr. Maureen Cernadas has been a physician at Brunswick-Hills Ob/Gyn for over 20 years. She is Board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She graduated from Rutgers University and received her medical degree from UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. She completed her residency at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson/Saint Peter’s University Hospital.
She is an active member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Cernadas is a clinical instructor of Ob/Gyn at UMDNJ.
She has a special passion and interest for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and Robotic surgery. She has helped begin the Robotic program at St. Peter’s University Hospital.
Dr. Elizabeth Cherot, F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Elizabeth Cherot is an established and highly skilled physician with over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Cherot completed undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. She received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed her residency training in OBGYN at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York. In addition, she also completed the Executive MBA at Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business in 2016. She has spearheaded several projects, resulting in promoting best practices and implementing progressive change in an OB/GYN practice.
Dr. Cherot resides in Central New Jersey with her husband, two children, 3 dogs and 10 chickens. She enjoys gardening, skiing and triathlons.
Dr. Michelle Huang, F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Michelle Huang graduated from medical school at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York University in New York, NY. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She received the award for Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology during her residency training.
Dr. Kristin Kinsler D.O., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Kristin Kinsler received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ. She completed her OB/GYN residency at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Kinsler is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Dr. Wendy Wagner, F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Wagner has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology for 17 years. For the past 7 years, she has been a solo practitioner in Hillsborough, NJ where she lives and raises her 4 daughters.
Dr. Wagner attended Fordham University undergraduate and earned her MD at University of Connecticut. She completed her residency training at UMDNJ-RWJMS and has been at Saint Peter’s University hospital ever since.
Dr. Wagner is thrilled to join the premier Ob/Gyn group in the area while continuing to serve her community.
Dr. Amie Y. Miklavcic, F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Miklavcic received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ursinus College followed by a Master of Medical Science degree from MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. Dr. Miklavcic received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed both her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Virginia Commonwealth University where she was honored with the Residency Teaching Award. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Prior to joining Brunswick Hills, Dr Miklavcic practiced Ob-Gyn in Richmond VA for over 8 years; she is excited to return to NJ to be near her extended family. She resides in East Brunswick with her husband and 2 girls. She enjoys reading, yoga and traveling whenever possible.
Dr. Miklavcic’s practice spans the full spectrum of women’s health care including routine and high-risk pregnancies, laparoscopic gynecologic surgery and ambulatory gynecologic care. Areas of particular interest include pediatric and adolescent gynecology, PCOS, contraceptive management, and menopausal health. She is also knowledgeable in hereditary breast and ovarian cancer screening and offers panel testing to determine whether an individual has certain gene mutations that may increase her risk of developing cancer.
Dr. Lauren Goetsch
Dr. Goetsch graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2014 and completed her residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia in June of 2018.
Dr. Nicole Davis, F.A.C.O.G
Dr. Nicole Davis received her medical degree from the Yale University of Medicine, New Haven, Connecticut. She completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard/Radcliff University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her internship and residency training was completed at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, New York, New York. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Pamela Salley, F.A.C.O.G
Dr. Pamela Salley received her medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, in Newark, New Jersey. She completed her OBGYN residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, in Newark, New Jersey. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Clinical Instructor of OB/GYN at UMDNJ and a member of the New Jersey State and Middlesex County Medical Societies.
Dr. Stephanie Duke, F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Stephanie Duke obtained her medical degree from New York Medical College. She has 29 years experience practicing in Gynecology. Prior to joining Brunswick Hills, Dr. Duke was in private practice for 24 years.
Dr. Steven Karanikolas, F.A.C.O.G.
Bilingual Physician – Greek
Dr. Steven Karanikolas received his medical degree from the University of Thessaloniki, in Thessaloniki, Greece, 1980. He completed a flexible internship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in West Orange, N.J. in 1981. Dr. Karanikolas then went on to complete his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rutgers Medical School in 1985. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a Fellow in The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a clinical instructor at the Robert Wood Johnson School.
Patricia Anselmo M.S.N, A.P.N.
Pat Anselmo is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years specializing in Women’s Health. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University. She has been an instructor of nursing at County College of Morris. She has practiced in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including St. Peter’s University, Rahway Hospital and Overlook Hospital.
Denise Dolan M.S.N, A.P.N., R.N.
Denise Dolan is a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Seton Hall University, New Jersey. She began her career as an RN, cross trained in labor and delivery, nursery, and post-partum. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 1999, providing care to women of all ages.
Kim Shapiro M.S.N., A.P.N.
Kim Shapiro received her BSN in nursing from Rutgers University, Newark, NJ where she graduated Summa Cum laude. She graduated Magna Cum laude from the Women’s Health Practitioner program at Seton Hall University where she received her Master of Science Degree. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society of Nursing, The American Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Karen Katz C.N.M.
Karen Katz has a Master’s Degree in Maternal Child Nursing from Rutgers University and her Midwifery Certification from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She has done doctoral work in Exercise Physiology at Columbia University. She has taught midwifery, obstetrical and nursing students. She acts as a preceptor for the Sexual Assault Nursing Program. Karen is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifes (ACNM) and the ACNM New Jersey Affiliate Organization
